Hi, I'm Davide Fiorentino. My passion for coaching comes from a lifelong curiosity about people, leadership, and how we navigate challenges to create meaningful change. Over the years, I've worked in a variety of roles-from software engineering and technical management to leading teams in startups and large organizations like the United Nations. These experiences have shaped how I approach coaching: with empathy, practicality, and a focus on growth.

I specialize in working with executive leaders and entrepreneurs, helping them refine their leadership style, build stronger teams, and align their vision with actionable strategies. I believe leadership isn't just about achieving goals; it's about empowering others, fostering collaboration, and staying grounded in what truly matters-whether that's personal values, team culture, or long-term purpose.

I also speak Italian, English, and Spanish fluently, which has allowed me to work with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

What I love most about coaching is the partnership it creates. My goal is to offer a safe space where you can feel supported, challenged, and empowered to make the changes you want—whether that’s refining your leadership approach, improving team dynamics, or simply finding clarity in a complex situation.

When I’m not coaching, I enjoy photography, experimenting with pizza recipes (I’m convinced I make the best pizza in Cambridge!), and spending time by the sea.
